WE ARE RECORDING! ⚠️ LEAK ALERT ⚠️

I'm so excited to announce that this week, we begin production of the first songs on my project! Over the last month, we've listened to the new songs I've written and have been carefully deciding which would be the first few we'd tackle.

This new project will be filled with a combination of directions: songs I would play in the church, songs I could hear on the radio, stories, songs that challenge, etc. When I started this process, we often discused 'what kind of music would this be?' Will it sound like a 'House of Worship' or a 'Solo Artist.' The phrase we landed on was this: 'Worship Artist'. For me, that means that my music will always honor the Lord but it may not always be the type of songs many of you have heard me sing in church.

I think this will allow me to be creative and expressive but will allow me to continue to minister to people with my music! It's always been my desire to see people far from God come close, but the avenues through which some enter the conversation are very diverse. The powerful simplicity of sunday morning worship is that it speaks to a myriad of people with one expression. However, with this project, I believe I can speak specifically to the individual season a person may be walking through that could be difficult to fit into a weekend service. I hope that makes sense!

With all that said, I cannot wait to show you guys these songs... So much so that I want to leak these songs! As mentioned during the fundraising timeline, those of you who donated over $100 will recieve NEVER-BEFORE-HEARD pre-released versions of the songs. So keep it a secret!
